Create and Revoke VLVTN API Keys

The short answer
Go to Dashboard, Settings, API Keys. Generate a key, give it an optional name, and copy it right away because the full key is shown only once. The list shows each key's created date and last-used date, and a Revoke button removes a key. API keys require a Pro plan.

  1. Open API Keys
    Go to Dashboard, Settings. Find the API Keys section.
  2. Generate a key
    Select Generate and give the key an optional name.
  3. Copy it immediately
    The full key is shown once in a modal. Copy it now, because it will not be shown again.
  4. Manage your keys
    The list shows each key's created date and last-used date. Use Revoke to remove a key you no longer need.
Tip
The full key is shown once, at creation only. Store it somewhere safe right away. If you lose it, revoke the key and generate a new one.

Revoking a key

Each key in the list shows its created date and last-used date. To disable a key, select Revoke next to it. Revoking removes the key so it can no longer be used.

Can I see a key again after creating it?

No. The full key is shown only once, in a modal at creation time. Copy it immediately. If you lose it, revoke the key and generate a new one.

What does the key list show?
