By accessing or using VLVTN (vlvtn.link), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. VLVTN is operated by Velveteen Technologies Inc., a British Columbia corporation registered under the Canada Business Corporations Act.

1. Service Description

VLVTN provides a smart link creation and hosting service that allows users to create landing pages ("smartlinks") aggregating streaming platform links, download files, email capture forms, and custom links. The service includes a web-based editor, analytics, and public link hosting.

2. Account Registration

To create smartlinks you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to VLVTN, including artwork, audio files, and text. By uploading content, you grant Velveteen Technologies Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely as necessary to operate the smartlink service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that such content does not infringe any third party's rights.

5. Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

VLVTN is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velveteen Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the service. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
