Connect Your Velveteen Account to VLVTN
Step one: connect your account
The account-level connection lives in Dashboard > Integrations, under the Velveteen section. You connect once, and it links your Velveteen account so VLVTN can read your catalog. This is a single connection for your whole account.
Step two: import on a Release link
Once your account is connected, open a Release smart link in the editor. On the Content tab, an Import from Velveteen section lets you browse and pick a release. Selecting one imports its title, artist name, and release date. The import section only appears on the Release link type.

What does connecting Velveteen actually do?
There are two parts. The account-level connection in Dashboard > Integrations links your Velveteen account once with read access to your catalog. After that, on a Release smart link you can import a release so its title, artist name, and release date fill in for you.
Are the two connections the same thing?
No. The account-level connection in Integrations is one per user. The per-smart-link import happens in the editor on a Release link and pulls in one release. You connect the account first, then you can import on a Release link.
Do I need Pro to connect Velveteen?
Importing releases requires Pro. Browsing and importing releases on a Release smart link is a Pro feature.
Can I import on any link type?
No. The Import from Velveteen section only appears on the Release link type.
