I am getting clicks but few streams. Is tracking broken?

No. A tracked conversion is the click-out from your smart link to a streaming service. It is not a guaranteed play, save, or stream. The gap between clicks and streams is expected, because VLVTN can only record the click-out, not what happens on the streaming service afterward.

My artwork or links are not showing. What should I check?

Re-upload the artwork so the small, medium, and large sizes are regenerated, and if the link is connected to a Velveteen release, reconnect it. A connected link falls back to its own stored title and artwork when the live Velveteen lookup fails, so it should still render.

My smart link will not open. Why?

Confirm the link is Published rather than Draft, and that the slug or custom domain in the URL is correct. In-app browsers like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat are detected and open the destination in the same tab.
